The Commission held a Worksession on October 16, 2012 on the CLUP amendments for
Chapters 5 and 6 concerning Mandatory Pine Barrens Credit Redemption,
Non-Residential Credit Allocation formula and Limitations on Credit Allocation
(that were the subject of a Commission hearing held on March 16, 2011).

May 16, 2012 Worksession

The Commission held a Worksession on May 16, 2012  on the CLUP amendments for Chapters 5 and 6 concerning
Mandatory Pine Barrens Credit Redemption, Non-Residential Credit Allocation formula and
Limitations on Credit Allocation (that were the subject of a Commission hearing held on March 16, 2011)

The Commission voted to approve the Ministerial CLUP amendments that they reached consensus
on at its May 16, 2012 Commission Meeting held in the Town of Brookhaven.

April 18, 2012 Public Hearing

The Commission held a public hearing on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 3:00 pm
on the proposed Ministerial Amendments to Chapters 4, 5, and 6 of the
Central Pine Barrens Comprehensive Land Use Plan (the "CLUP") that the Commission has reached consensus on.
The location for the May Commission meeting was Brookhaven Town Hall,
1 Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY.

Resolution to schedule hearing (March 21, 2012)

March 16, 2011 Public Hearing

The Commission held a public hearing on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 3:00 pm
on a subset of the proposed amendments to Chapters 5 and 6 concerning Mandatory Pine Barrens
Credit Redemption, Non-Residential Credit Allocation formula and Limitations on Credit Allocation.
The hearing record was held open for 30 days until April 16, 2011 to receive public comment.
